Outplacement Services
CCDS is always open to work with various agencies within the public and private sectors. With the job market becoming increasingly harder to navigate while companies face difficult economic times, companies are facing the need to downsize, resulting in staff layoffs. Companies are looking for additional ways to support their employees in becoming more competitive as they search for new employment. In an effort to handle such a delicate situation in a more sensitive way, companies are now offering outplacement services to transitioning employees during layoffs to support them in their new job search.

Nonprofit Services Do you work for a nonprofit organization that offers workforce development to clients? Are you looking to offer resume and cover letter writing workshops to your clients but don't have the staffing capacity to do so? If that's the case, CCDS is here for you. CCDS can provide budget-friendly workshops and services to your clients at cost well below the cost of staffing a full-time employee. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All services are a flat fee per resume, cover letter, etc. In order to receive services, 50% of total amount for services must be paid immediately after initial consultation as a retainer fee. Payments will be collected via electronic invoices using PayPal. Caston Career Development Solutions (CCDS) can not guarantee that any client will be offered immediate employment as a result of the services provided by CCDS. We welcome clients to submit additional documents (job descriptions, performance reviews, etc.) for review that will allow us to better revise your resume. However, CCDS limits the number of pages that may be submitted for additional review to a maximum of five (5) pages. An additional fee of $3/page will be added for every page that is requested to be reviewed by CCDS over the five (5) page limit.
